Pretty seaside villa in San Vicente
The location of this pretty villa is in a rural area including
the southern and northern coast of the peninsular of El Grove, situated between the town of O Grove and San Vicente.
Along the coastal road on the southern side of the peninsular, there are beaches all the way from the lovely long beach of La Lanzada to San Vicente do Mar, where there is a new yacht marina and fishing harbour. The beach is approximately 250 metres from the house, across the coast road. The main town of O Grove is approximately 7km from Balea.
The nearest shops are two small supermarkets which open in summer in San Vicente do Mar at about 1km away. The nearest place to eat is the restaurant in the As Vizocas apartments which is just 75m from the front gate. There are other beach bars, which open in the summer between the house and San Vicente.
